1200 19th Street Sold for $294 Million

An Atlanta-based company backed by Kuwaiti investors has reached a deal to acquire 1200 19th St. NW for about $294 million, or roughly $871 per square foot, one of the highest prices per square foot for an investment sale in downtown D.C., according to sources familiar with the deal. Fosterlane Management Co. has a contract to buy the 337,578-square-foot building by 19th and M streets from Hines Interests LP. (WBJ)
