LivingSocial CEO Trades-In Home

October 18, 2013

Daily deal site LivingSocial Inc. has halted its search for a new corporate home, but that hasn’t stopped CEO Tim O’Shaughnessy from making a deal on a new home for himself in the District. O’Shaughnessy and his wife, Laura, have snapped up a newly renovated home near D.C.’s popular U Street corridor for $1.4 million. The O’Shaughnessys bought the three-bedroom townhome by T and 15th streets NW in mid-September from Nantucket Holdings Ltd. and have since taken up residence there, Nantucket President John Formant said. Formant said O’Shaughnessy used to live across T Street from this new home and decided to buy in part to return to his old neighborhood. (WBJ)
