1770 Euclid Street to become The Line DC

May 13, 2014

On Friday, “Adams Morgan Hotel Owner” got the OK to renovate interior space at 1770 Euclid St. NW, the former First Church of Christ, Scientist, to be used as a “model hotel room.” The Line DC, a proposed 227-room full-service hotel from the New York City-based Sydell Group Ltd., will be carved out of both the 110-year-old church and an adjacent, seven-story addition to be constructed on the 2300 block of Champlain Street.
