John Eric

John Eric joined Compass in February, 2017 as Senior Vice President and Senior Advisor. He is also a Founding Member of the Compass expansion into the Commonwealth of Virginia. Previously a top producing Vice President at TTR | Sotheby’s International Realty, John Eric is one of the most successful real estate agents nationally and in the Washington Metropolitan Area. John is considered an industry leader by both his colleagues and his peers.

John Eric’s success can be attributed to his unwavering commitment to his clients and his exceptional customer service skills. His Addy awarding winning marketing and advertising constantly sets new standards for excellence. His marketing has been singled out by industry leaders, fellow realtors and clients as being some of the most creative and finest in the real estate industry.

Prior to real estate, John worked in the worlds of print, radio and television advertising and marketing. His unique set of creative skills gives him the competitive edge in marketing properties and reaching and understanding buyers and sellers in the evolving world of real estate. John’s success has been recognized by The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Washingtonian, Northern Virginia Magazine, Washington Life, Capitol File and Arlington Magazine.

John’s commitment to his community is extensive and passionate. He founded Arlington Realtors Care (ARC) to benefit A-Span and AFAC. John is a supporter of local charities and educational groups throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area. He is also active with The Point Foundation, Dress for Success, DC Central Kitchen, The Animal Welfare League of Arlington and the Humane Rescue Alliance.

Angela Casey

Angela Casey is the Media Communications Manager for the John Eric Companies. She oversees marketing, media and a variety of communications issues for the company. In addition, Angela is the Senior Editor of John Eric Home.

Prior to joining the John Eric Companies, Angela served as a consultant to local firms, media and organizations. She has worked on a wide variety of translations, website materials and business marketing consultations. Angela has, also, held positions in public relations at the National Gallery of Art and advertising at The Washington Post.

Angela helped to establish a language academy in northeastern Pennsylvania where she, also, taught Mandarin Chinese to both group and private students. Angela has also lectured at Salve Regina University on both Chinese topics and Global Marketing issues. She is considered a China expert of Newport, Rhode Island.

Angela holds a Masters Degree from the University of Leeds in Chinese Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from the George Washington University. She has lived in Asia, Europe and various parts of the United States.

Hillary Broadwater

Hillary Broadwater, our Creative Director, turned a lifelong passion for fine and commercial art into a vibrant and award-winning graphic design firm with the establishment of QM Design Group.

Hillary’s background includes a Bachelor of Arts from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California—with a Degree in Graphic Design and Packaging. During her 10 years as Art Director for AIMS Multimedia, the leader in K–12 educational media, Hillary revitalized a classic brand, thoroughly updating the look and feel of the company’s catalogs, direct response packages, and other collateral. Hillary went on to design for the Discovery Channel before leaving to start QM Design Group. Considered by her peers as one of the nation’s top graphic designers, Hillary’s objective is to assist clients in establishing a strong “visual voice” for their organizations.

Cameron Kilberg

Cameron has more than a decade of business and legal experience, specializing in business development and community relations. Cameron currently acts as a consultant advising and aiding innovative firms and practices reach new levels of growth. Her work has spanned the United States, mostly working with technology related companies, helping them successfully implement legislation and regulatory changes, conducting external relations to local communities and interest groups, and identifying and implementing state based opportunities for their products.

Prior to her current consulting work, Cameron was an associate at the Washington, DC law firm of Patton Boggs, and worked for the Governor of Virginia, aiding the Commonwealth’s technology industry.

Cameron is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School and the University of Virginia with a Bachelors in American Government. Cameron is a native to the Washington DC area, having grown up in McLean, and currently resides in Arlington VA with her beloved dog Bear.

Cameron serves on the UVA Department of Politics Alumni Advisory Board and remains active with local dog rescues.
