New Menu Additions at Nationals Park

January 29, 2014

Although we can’t predict if the team will get any better, it’s safe to say that dining options at Nationals Park will improve in the coming seasons (not that it was bad or anything, mind you).

The Nationals announced today that they’ve extended their long-term partnership with Levy Restaurants, signing a new multi-year agreement to continue being the exclusive restaurant partner at Nats Park.

And with that announcement comes news that there will be even more options for delicious snacks at the park. According to a release, the agreement “will expand the ballpark’s Farm-to-Table program and introduce new collaborations with local restaurants and farmers.” Specifically, the District Drafts stand will add two new locations in the park—bringing the total to four—and will feature taps from local breweries like DC Brau, 3 Stars, Port City, and more. New food options coming to the park include hand-rolled sushi, stir-fry noodles, crab cakes, and new vegetarian and gluten-free options.

“The Nationals share our vision for creating an evolving, one-of-a-kind experience for fans,” Andy Lansing, President and CEO of Levy Restaurants, said in a release. “Chef-driven with an analytics-based approach, we push ourselves to innovate every aspect of the game day, from the ingredients we source, to the dishes they inspire and how we leverage technology to create a dynamic, high-touch experience for fans with.”
