John Eric Releases Home Buyers Guides

Press Release – June 11, 2012

Arlington, VA – John Eric has released two home guides to assist those purchasing homes in the metropolitan area. One guide focuses on neighborhoods of Washington, DC and the other on Arlington, Virginia.

“I think it is important,” says Eric, “when purchasing a home to understand the neighborhood in which you are buying. Each area has its own special attributes. Whether they are historical or current, I believe that those looking to buy homes in our area can benefit from using the guides.”

Articles in the Arlington Buyers Guide focus on the neighborhoods of Rosslyn, Courthouse, Clarendon, Virginia Square and Ballston. The guide also provides information on local schools and Arlington’s past. The Washington DC guide emphasizes the neighborhoods of Adams Morgan, Capitol Hill, Columbia Heights, Dupont Circle, Foggy Bottom and the West End, Georgetown, H Street, Kalorama, Logan Circle, U Street, Shaw and Cardoza, the Waterfront and Woodley and Cleveland Parks. The DC guide also features an article on Pierre L’Enfant. Both guides are available online.

“The Washington area is such a unique area,” says Eric. “Although, it is a younger city than some of its counterparts, there is still so much history anchored in the blocks that create our neighborhoods. The guides feature interesting stories and histories of our city.”

The guides will be updated on a regular basis to reflect neighborhood changes. Eric, also, plans to add more sections into future guides on neighborhoods yet to be included.
